14. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or operate a business profile on StreetBite.

15. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login details secure
• All activity conducted under your account
• Ensuring information you provide is accurate and up to date

16. Profiles and Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as text and images). By uploading content, you grant StreetBite a non-exclusive licence to display and use it for platform functionality and promotion of the service.

You must not upload content that is:

• Misleading or false
• Offensive, unlawful, or infringing
• Impersonating another person or business

17. Platform Availability

StreetBite is provided on an "as-is" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including as part of phased product releases.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• StreetBite is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We are not responsible for disputes between users, food truck operators, event planners, or customers

Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees under Australian law.

19. Third-Party Services

StreetBite integrates with third-party services (such as Stripe and Google). We are not responsible for their platforms, policies, or outages.

20. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Breach these terms
• Misuse the platform
• Create risk to users or the service

You may close your account at any time.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
