Getting access

Use the account that received your StreetBite invitation. Signing in does not by itself prove ownership, and claiming does not publish a private draft.

If the link has expired or you no longer control the listed contact, use the access-review link on the invitation page or reply to the original StreetBite message. A replacement email address cannot authorise a claim. Do not forward claim links, passwords or identity documents.

Saving and returning

Save each section before leaving. Saved answers belong to the same profile when you return. Your sign-in email is separate from the public booking email or phone you choose to supply.

A temporary recovery copy may keep unsaved text in this browser tab. Recovery accepts copies no more than 24 hours old; that age limit is not a background deletion service. This is not offline support and may be unavailable in private browsing or after closing the tab. If a save times out, reload and check the saved version before retrying; the server may already have saved it.

If another edit changed the profile, compare the recovered text with the saved version before applying it. Do not fill unknown dietary, capacity or travel details with guesses.

Writing help is optional

You can always write manually. Requesting a suggestion sends the relevant business name, text, notes and writing preferences to the configured AI provider. Do not put private contact details, passwords or claim links into your notes.

Check every suggestion before using it. A writing style changes the wording, not the facts. Using a suggestion does not publish it or mark it independently verified.

Photos and operating area

Use real photos and artwork you own or have permission to use, including permission for recognisable people where needed. A few clear photos of the truck and food are more useful than filler. Keep menu links readable and current.

New uploads stay private until saved on a published profile. Removing a photo from the profile does not promise immediate deletion of stored copies. Do not upload sensitive documents.

An estimated operating area is a search aid, not a depot address or a promise to travel. Confirm or replace it with your actual coverage; organisers should still confirm travel and availability with you.

Publication and your choices

Saving, claiming and submitting for review are separate from publication. Review the actual preview and remaining requirements before choosing to publish.

To change your food truck name, open My profile, choose Your truck, edit the name and select Save and continue. You do not need to submit a correction request.

To hide your profile from the directory, open My profile, choose Overview & publishing, then use Take your profile offline and confirm Unpublish profile. Your saved details and account remain, so you can edit and publish again later. Unpublishing does not delete your data or account. An access-review request does not grant ownership.

Unsubscribe through the communication-preferences link in an invitation without signing in. Unsubscribing is separate from removing a listing or changing ownership.
